Refund & Cancellation Policy

Event Bookings
For in-person events, workshops, and hosted virtual escape rooms:
• Bookings are confirmed once availability is approved and payment or deposit is received.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for partial refund or rescheduling depending on the circumstances.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are typically non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests may be accommodated depending on availability.
Travel and Custom Work
Travel costs, customization, rush work, or production costs that have already been incurred may not be refundable.
Custom Design Projects
Payments made for completed project phases, design work, or consulting services are non-refundable once work has begun.
Physical Products (Escape Cards)
Unused physical products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Used, damaged, or customized items cannot be refunded unless defective.
Defective Products
If a product arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
